NEW Effective February 2, 2009: Due to the fact that 98% of those
who call our voice mail system are telemarketers, we have removed our phone from the
support options and changed the number to a private one.
If you would like to speak to us by phone (In the US Or Canada, we will not make overseas calls) - please
submit a support request at the above contact link, explaining your issue/reason for contact, and please
supply us with a call back number. We will call you back at our expense.
Our office hours
are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern
Time Zone.
Evenings/Weekends/Holidays: Closed.
Response time: Please allow up to 2 business days for a
response. While we strive to reply faster, we absolutely do not count Saturday/Sunday as
"business days". If you email/contact us on Friday morning, you may not receive a response
until late Monday or early Tuesday.
