Here's what started it this to help you understand a little better:

We have been working on a new website, entitled, "ThatSubject.com", which of course is for the purpose of articles on specific topics. (Makes sense, right?)

And, we offered our members the option to have a specialized Keyword topic, where they could also earn from advertising, etc., which we called a "keyword portal". It includes our article system with several enhancements for them such as blogs, the ability to sell their own advertising, plugging in classifieds, and so on.

Here's a "sneak peek" of the site...

It begins to go live momentarily - you can see it now, but most of the links will error as we're still linking it up and rebuilding.

As we were finishing the final stages, I realized a few things...

From a standpoint of making the system

  • more powerful
  • easier to use (for the keyword portal owner)
  • faster to set up (for us)
  • and less administration (for us AND the keyword portal owner)

it hit me to COMBINE the concepts, from my other hot idea, into a true 'MEGA' System, that virtually anyone can make money with, even with little experience online.

Here's What It Starts As:

I'm sure you must know of "Local" sites, for example... if a Canadian initially goes to GoogleTM, or YahooTM, it automatically redirects you to Google.ca, or Yahoo.ca. (That's actually a pet peeve of mine... I like to CHOOSE where I want to go). But I digress.

It's a good example. If you live in the UK, you are likely 'transported' to the UK.Yahoo.Com site, to get your local area info.

Now.... (Really watch the power of what I'm going to show you here)

I'm sure you've heard of CraigslistTM, or KijijiTM. These are popular classified sites. And if you go to Craigslist.org, you are presented with a page that lays out the countries of the world, most popular cities, etc.

If you go to Kijiji.com, you are shown a flash map of the United States... (Now, for me, I get a link in the top right of that map that says, "Click here for Kijiji Canada".)

For the sake of example, let's say you choose the state of Texas. You can then go to the texas site, OR, you can go to the local city, and see the ads for that area, right?

Pretty simple and straightforward.

Now, go look at Yahoo.com... On the left side, you see a list of topics, such as "Autos, Entertainment, Travel," etc.

If you go to GoogleTM, and click on the 'Directory' you'll see it come up with a group of main topics, each having "teaser" topics below it. For example...

Business
Industries, Finance, Jobs...

So what is the point of this?

This is where it gets really good....

Obviously you know of "social networking" or "business networking" concepts, where you meet other people of similar interests to yours, right?

You know where people can actively participate in sites, read information, post comments on articles or blogs, meet others (like in forums or networks), promote their sites, post ads (free or paid), and at the same time, earn money simply for telling others, then it's like a "utopia" on the net.

Now think SquidooTM. Squidoo lets you grab a page, add content, and get a small piece of the advertising that is served on your pages (or for the sale of products).

That's great - but take it further.

Imagine...

if you could "Own" a topic. A piece of "Virtual Real estate".

NO I'm not talking getting a domain, setting up a website, blah blah blah.

I mean, what if you could "own" a piece of one of these sites??

And, if it were even more powerful, what if...

just what if it was combined into one "Golden Egg" piece of "internet land' at ThatSubject.com?

Follow along with me here.

Here's a scenario using the "Local world" aspects:

Suppose Glenn sees "the big picture", and grabs the "local world edition" of North America (AKA: Continent Owner).

Now, John comes along, and loves the idea, so he decides to grab the local world edition of "United States" (AKA: Country Owner).

==> Since John paid a fee, there is only one person in that group - Glenn - who is in essence, selling the IE to John. A portion of John's fee is paid to Glenn (a commission).

Now Sally comes along, and she decides to grab the local world edition of "Florida" (AKA: State owner).

==> Since Sally paid the fee, there are two people who need to get paid. Since she has "bought the state from" John, John gets a fee, and Glenn gets a fee (commissions).

Now, Bill comes along and decides to grab the local world edition of "Central Florida" (AKA: Region owner).

==> Since Bill paid the fee, now there are three people who need to get paid: Since he has "bought the region from" Sally gets a fee, John gets a fee, and Glenn gets his fee (commissions).

Next Tiffany comes along, and decides to grab the local world edition of "Orange County" (AKA: County owner)

==> Since Tiffany paid the fee, now there are four people who need to get paid: Since she has "bought the county from" Bill, Bill gets a fee, Sally gets a fee, John gets a fee, and Glenn gets his fee (commissions).

Now, Jason comes along, and decides to grab the local world edition of "Orlando" (AKA: City owner)

==> Since Jason paid the fee, now there are five people who need to get paid: Since he has "bought the city from" Tiffany, Tiffany gets a fee, Bill gets a fee, Sally gets a fee, John gets a fee, and Glenn gets his fee (commissions).

Glenn "owns" the "Continent Wide" Classifieds...
John "owns" the "Country" Classifieds...
Sally "owns" the "State" Classifieds...
Bill "owns" the "Region" classifieds...
Tiffany "owns" the "County" classifieds...
Jason "owns" the "City" classifieds...

Now we'll show you the exact same scenario, but with TOPICS:

Suppose Mike sees "the big picture", and buys the topic of Business (AKA: Top Level KW Owner).

Now, Connie comes along, and loves the idea, so she decides to buy the topic of Small Business (AKA: Topic Owner).

==> Since Connie paid a fee, there is only one person in that group - Mike - who is in essence, selling the topic to Connie. A portion of Connie's fee is paid to Mike (a commission).

Now Jim comes along, and he decides to buy the topic Entrepreneurship (AKA: sub-topic owner).

==> Since Jim paid the fee, there are two people who need to get paid. Since he has "bought the sub-topic from" Connie, Connie gets a fee, and Mike gets a fee (commissions).

Let's show this again with another topic, one that perhaps goes a little deeper...

Suppose Steve sees "the big picture", and buys the topic of Home (AKA: Top Level KW Owner).

Now, Cindy comes along, and loves the idea, so she decides to buy the topic of Pets (AKA: Broad Topic Owner).

==> Since Cindy paid a fee, there is only one person in that group - Steve - who is in essence, selling the topic to Cindy. A portion of Cindy's fee is paid to Steve (a commission).

Now Barry comes along, and he decides to buy the topic Dogs (AKA: sub-topic owner).

==> Since Barry paid the fee, there are two people who need to get paid. Since he has "bought the sub-topic from" Cindy, Cindy gets a fee, and Steve gets a fee (commissions).

Now George comes along, and he decides to buy the topic Dog Breeds (AKA: niche topic owner).

==> Since George paid the fee, there are three people who need to get paid. Since he has "bought the niche-topic from" Barry, Barry gets a fee, Cindy gets a fee, and Steve gets a fee (commissions).

Now Nancy comes along, and she decides to buy the topic Poodles (AKA: narrow-niche topic owner).

==> Since Nancy paid the fee, there are now four people who need to get paid. Since she has "bought the narrow-niche topic from" George, George gets a fee, Barry gets a fee, Cindy gets a fee, and Steve gets a fee (commissions).

Are you seeing what's happening here?

It's like being the "owner" of a prime piece of realestate that everyone wants to visit - AND pay you for, just like a landlord gathers "rent" from their tenants, YOU are essentially gathering a share of the "rent" for everyone who grabs a locality or topic under you. (Think: Donald Trump-like strategy!)

PLUS, you can sell the products you want to recommend (i.e., clickbank products or resell rights, etc) to others and earn the full commission directly! (Yep, we'll be plugging these into the system, where all you have to do is add your clickbank ID!)

EVEN BETTER...

Everyone who joins your topic group at a paid level (even if they've joined a further down narrow-niche group), all 3-5 levels above get paid a piece of that membership!

Plus, you've now expanded your groups, your lists, your network (and of course, they can visit other networks/areas).

AND

Every time a person buys advertising on the site, or in the classifieds under a topic or sub-topic under you, OR Buys an upgraded membership, *YOU* get a piece!

**This is not mlm. There is no matrix etc. You earn a commission on the sale of the monthly memberships for those in your groups.

Now lets look at it from a financial standpoint. Just how much could you earn?

(Just throwing this number for the sake of example)...

Let's say a person pays $19.95 for a featured ad in the "Poodle" topic, and we're going to use the last example above to show who gets paid. For the sake of example, we'll say Sally (who is in a totally different group) referred this person to the system.

$2 goes to person 1 (Steve)
$2 goes to person 2 (Cindy)
$2 goes to person 3 (Barry)
$2 goes to person 4 (George)
$2 goes to person 5 (Nancy-who owns the narrow-niche)
$4 goes to the REFERRER (Which in this example, is Sally)

A total of 70% of the profits has been paid out!

But how can you earn if the ads are free? And what if a person chooses a free membership to the system?

THINK CRAIGSLIST AND KIJIJI.

When people post ads, they often "narrow it down" by country/state/region/city etc. Craigslist and Kijiji for example, are VERY popular classifieds sites, getting millions of visitors *per day*.

Okay. So when a person comes to the system and decides they want to place a free ad... that's great - but they've also seen YOUR ads which are rotating through the topics! Since they're totally focused by topic... It's of key interest to those who may not even join.

Yes that's right, much of the content (articles, videos, and ads) will be available to the public, NOT requiring membership.

However, if a person wants to place an ad, join a group, connect with others, or to promote their business or products, then they'll have to become a member to do so.
