Please DO NOT submit any offers of SEO, website development, programming, outsourcing anything etc. We are NOT seeking anyone at this time, and have our own in-house team. Solicitations for this purpose will be deleted.
Careers: We are not hiring at this time. We are a very small family team and will not be outsourcing.
Sales/Support: If you are a customer of ours and need help, or would like to ask questions related to a product, please submit a support ticket at our helpdesk: https://support.dimeconsultants.com.
Our usual support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time zone (Toronto, Ontario Canada). We do not work evenings or weekends. So please be aware, if you submit a ticket on say Friday morning, it may not be answered until Monday. Always allow typically 2 business days for a response, excluding holidays.
Phone: Due to the fact that 99% of any phone calls we receive are for solicitation purposes, we have removed our phone number. Please use our support desk for anything important (NOT solicitation).
